What's the difference between climate-controlled and drive-up units?
Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels year-round, making them perfect for sensitive items like electronics, documents, antiques, and artwork. Drive-up units offer convenient ground-level access where you can pull your vehicle right up to the unit door, ideal for frequently accessed items and larger belongings.
How secure are your storage units?
Security is our top priority. Our facility features password-protected gate access, 24/7 monitoring, perimeter fencing, and well-lit grounds. You'll have your own lock on your unit, and only you will have access to it.
Can I access my unit anytime?
Yes! We provide 7am to 10pm access to your storage unit. You'll receive a personal access code that works at our secure gate entrance, so you can retrieve or store items whenever it's convenient for you, 365 days a year.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
Not at all! We offer flexible month-to-month rentals. This means you can store for as long as you need without being locked into a lengthy contract. When you're ready to move out, just give us notice and you're all set.
Do you offer any discounts for long-term storage?
Yes! We offer valuable prepay discounts to help you save even more. When you prepay for 6 months, you get 1/2 month free. Prepay for 12 months and receive 1 full month free. These discounts apply to all unit sizes and types. Contact us at 517-522-8431 to take advantage of these savings.
